It’s been a fabulous March so far. Mardi Gras in Eureka Springs was unbelievable! The March Madness Eureka Style Pub Crawls are two down and two to go! - and they just keep growing! Heartland Men’s Chorus sang their way into the hearts of Eureka Springs last weekend. It was a blast partying with chorus members and fans alike at Henri’s Just One More afer the concert.
Truly, the excitement of all that is Eureka Springs is growing! And Spring Diversity is just around the corner. We’re so ready to see you! IRIS, Summer Osborne, and Big Bad Gina are all scheduled to perform. The titleholders from Mister USofA MI will be in town. There will be dancing, drag, and just an all around good time.Three things not to forget:
Can’t be here for Spring Diversity? Make plans now to join us for May Festival of the Arts. After all, Eureka Springs has been named one of the top 25 arts destinations. Plan are in the works for a special art exhibit that month! See you in April!

7. January 2011 by Deb.
Ah, January in Eureka Springs. Think…….gorgeous mornings, fabulous nights, and lazy days. Unfortunately, the question on the tip of everyone’s tongue is simply, “Is it dead yet?” Is it dead yet? Really? For many, the real Eureka Springs has just come to life. Is it October where guests abound and nightlife rocks? Well no. But January life in Eureka Springs offers something all its own. We’ve spent January enjoying these amazing things: good friends and fabulous martinis at Henri’s Just One More, taking two step lessons at The Lumberyard, having an incredible dinner at The Grand Tavern, playing Beatles Rock Band with locals and semi-locals (you know those amazing folks who visit here often), talking with friends on the street, and just roaming around town. It’s a great time of the year to get reduced room rates (with the same great service) and bargains in most of the shops and galleries (yes, the majority are still open). However, January in Eureka Springs is really about viewing the locals in their natural habitat. Just ask our friends from Big Bad Gina (scheduled by the way for The New Delhi on January 21st) who wandered into town and ended up playing Rock Band with us Freakin’ Eurekeans for hours. Play your cards right and a group of friendly locals will let you hang with them “eureka style” during your January stay. So no Virginia, it’s not dead yet. It’s not “dead” EVER. So come be alive and out in Eureka Springs!
